BBQ Barge Delivery The vessel delivery / pick up charges will be applied for 3 components: (1) labour (2) administration and (3) fuel. Inclement Weather If inclement weather starts (that wasn’t known) the Company will rebook the Hirer in for a different time. If inclement weather starts (that was known) the hire fee will not be refunded. Unclean Vessel Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the vessel is returned in an unclean state, BBQ excepted. Fish scales and entrails on boat incur a $100 cleaning charge. Late Return Unconditionally the vessel must be returned by the agreed time. Hirers are responsible for ensuring that their cruising schedule allows time for unforeseen contingencies as to permit their return and vacation of the boat by the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time is discourteous to the next Hirer. The Hirer will be liable for any extra costs and / or damages incurred by the Company as a result of the boat not being available on time for the next Hirer. Where the Company has to recover a boat and return it, the Hirer shall be liable for all the costs involved. With Agreement
The hire contract can be amended with agreement if the customer wishes to extend the time of the hire and has contacted us prior to the end of the agreed period of hire - additional charges per hour will be applied.
Without Agreement
Within Business Hours. The penalty incurred will be 1.5 * hourly rate as per table.
After Business Hours. The penalty will be applied for three components: labour, administration and equipment time as per table.
