To confirm your booking we require deposit of $50. You must contact us within one month with further commencement details to secure reserved mooring. If we have no contact from You for a further month, the deposit shall not be refunded. Summary of the Terms & Conditions set out in the Agreement (the docking of your boat indicates your acceptance to these conditions): Your Vessel must be insured. Swing Mooring apparatus remains the property of the Marina, however from the legal stand point its working order is Your responsibility. Berth mooring ropes are not supplied, You should use your own set. Included in the mooring fees is power for battery charging system only. We shall have the right to move your Vessel. Please limit noise, we ask you to consider our neighbours at all times. Please do not allow other boats to raft up alongside. No alcohol is to be consumed in the public area of the Marina. We request that children or pets left on the boat be supervised at all times. All care is given but no responsibility taken. Casual Berths & Moorings Fees
